Leaking Tasks Off Platform
Taking tasks off the FixaTrader platform—whether during the offer stage or after assignment—is not permitted. Every Fixers deserves a fair chance to submit an offer, and removing tasks from the platform prevents other Fixers from competing, creating an unfair environment.
While it may seem that taking tasks off the platform saves you money on Fixers Service Fees, it can end up costing you more over time. If certain users avoid contributing to the shared costs of maintaining the marketplace, overall expenses will need to increase.
Furthermore, frequently cancelling tasks may negatively affect your star rating and profile review, which can hinder your ability to secure future work and could lead to account suspension or a ban.
We recognize that everyone desires a safe and rewarding environment, which is why it's essential to clarify how pricing and payments work on FixaTrader.
If you hire someone to complete a task, you naturally expect them to honour the arrangement and perform the job correctly. Right? Absolutely! That’s why we have established policies that set clear guidelines to ensure customers can trust the job will be done well, while also fostering a positive experience for Fixers like you. These policies include:
